O Gerente de Serviços/Consultoria tem como responsabilidades a manutenção de uma equipe de alta performance que realiza entregas de alto valor agregado e de forma constante aos clientes,tanto durante o processo de implementação quanto sustentação além de co-criar com cliente.

O Gerente de Serviços tem como missão apoiar o líder do negócio a desenvolver ofertas de serviços de excelência baseando se nas necessidades dos clientes e conhecimento do portifólio de soluções de TAX.
Ser o ponto focal do cliente em todos aspectos de projetos e sustentação, garantindo entregas de grande valor agregado, soluções e serviços inovadores aproveitando o conhecimento do time, praticas e tendências de mercado, toda estrutura da TR e boas práticas / metodologias disponíveis, buscando alavancar novas oportunidades de serviços.
Atuar como conselheiro junto ao time de soluções e gerentes de projeto durante a fase de implementação apoiando na mitigação riscos de atrasos, manutenção de plano de contingência e acompanhamento da execução.
Desenvolver e dar manutenção em um time de alta performance, praticando uma maior integração entre pessoas envolvidas em sustentação e implementação.
Ser parceiro de negócio junto ao time de excelência ao cliente, buscando aumentar a satisfação do cliente em sua jornada e experiência (NPS e CSAT) e número de respondentes.
Monitorar a performance de sua carteira, tanto em termos operacionais quanto financeiros.
Trabalhar com as demais áreas da empresa (Vendas, Produtos, Suporte, etc.) na identificação de melhorias de processos que ajudem PS & toda TR aumentar sua produtividade.
Realizar o mapeamento estratégico dos Clientes contemplando os objetivos e visões de curto (1 ano) e médio prazo (3 anos) para o segmento de TAX.
Realizar a revisão do processo atual e fluxos operacionais tanto de sustentação quanto implementação buscando oportunidades de automação e reduzindo atividades de baixo valor agregado.
