　　We are looking for a HUMAN RESOURSES GENERALIST talent, to join our specialized HUMAN AND RESOURCES team for CIENEGA DE FLORES, NUEVO LEON, MEXICO.

　　In this position you will have an impact by:

　　-Supporting human resources activities within a site, organizational unit, or department.

　　-To be responsible for the deployment and effectiveness of a broad range of defined Human Resources processes within the business or functional organization.

　　-Providing staffing and recruiting support; conducting work force data analysis.

　　-Assisting in managing administration of and adherence to human resources policies and procedures; advising on compliance with key legislative requirements.

　　To be successful in this position, you will need:

　　-Administration of Improvement Projects.

　　-Ensure talent acquisition process.

　　-Responsible for updating talent acquisition KPIs.

　　-New hires: registration, expedients elaboration and monitoring.

　　-Preparation and presentation of Results.

　　-Fluent English.
