Develop processes and procedures, gathers, compiles, organizes, and documents relevant financial information. Analyze, consolidate, interpret and present financial data. Ensures compliance with all local, state, federal and corporate accounting guidelines. Monitors and provides financial results to the organization comparing it against forecasts and budgets.
YOUR IMPACT:
ASC 606 revenue recognition experience.
Cost of sales recognition and expense reporting and analysis.
G/L account reconciliation and related analysis.
Interface with other departments; assist in process flows.
Preparation of month-end journal entries as assigned.
Maintain procedure and policy adherence to ensure integrity of financial data.
Works directly with shared service personnel to ensure that accounts are correct and reconciled and that closings are performed timely.
Maintain procedure and policy adherence to ensure integrity of financial data and compliance with U.S. G.A.A.P.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) in Accounting from a recognized academic institution
2-3 years working with basic accounting principles and performing general ledger activities preferably in a manufacturing or project costing environment.
Strong analytical, organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.

LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial reports, and legal documents.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to apply basic mathematical concepts as required.
REASONING ABILITY: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
COMPUTER SKILLS: The following computer skills are required for this position: Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with Syteline ERP System would be a plus, but not required.
