What you'll achieve
As a member of the services delivery team, you will work alongside Dell Consultants, to earn the customer's trust through competence, technical acumen, consulting expertise, and partnership. This position requires a dynamic individual with expert customer-facing skills. The ability to guide customers and clearly articulate findings and roadmaps is essential.
You will:
• Strategise and implement generative AI use-cases and transformation models across multiple industries.
• Lead a specialised team in crafting and executing a customer-focused generative AI roadmap, with an emphasis on technical governance.
• Disseminate key service updates and compliance guidelines to internal and external stakeholders.
• Regularly attend customer site meetings and produce periodic reports to update customers on account status, risk mitigation, and service activities.
• Coordinate troubleshooting efforts across support, account, and field service teams for efficient problem-solving.

Essential Requirements
• Extensive expertise in Generative AI methodologies and Big Data, coupled with 5+ years in AI and customer-facing roles. Skilled in data classification, inferencing, training model fine-tuning, and leading C-level customer discussions to create strategic roadmaps.
• In-depth knowledge of model selection, data preparation, and tooling ecosystems in Generative AI, including Kubernetes and MLOps. Capable of advisory roles in customer engagements.
• Strong customer engagement skills including trust-building, workshop planning, and influential communication across all levels within Dell Technologies and external partners.
• Comprehensive review of customer data and analytics for GenAI applicability through stakeholder interviews, questionnaire evaluations, and consultation with subject-matter experts.
• Demonstrated experience in client-facing service delivery, adhering to project methodologies and contractual obligations. Onsite availability during customer workshops.
Desirable Requirements
• General awareness of Dell Technologies products. Knowledge of the Nvidia AI tools such as Bright Command Manager, NeMo Framework, Triton Inference Server, and others. Experience and deep knowledge of Large Language Models (LLM). Hands on experience with MLOps and AIOps tools such as cnvrg.io, mlfow and Domino.
• Experience using Lean and Iterative Deployment Methodologies. University Degree aligned to Machine Learning is a plus. In possession of relevant industry certifications e.g. Nvidia, Dell, K8 and RHEL.
