Job Description
Essential Responsibilities:
Support legal function as needed, potentially including reviewing or drafting corporate resolutions, contracts, amendments, memos, motions, proposals, marketing materials, communications and disclosuresComplete legal research and provide clear, concise summaries, both verbal and writtenStrong involvement in department initiativesWillingness to assume responsibilities consistent with department goals
Qualifications/Requirements:
Current 1L in an accredited law school3.0 GPA or greater, which must be maintained throughout employmentMust be able to work at GE Aerospace's Cincinnati, Ohio facility during the summer on a full-time basis, up to 40 hours per week

Benefits:
The pay rate for this position is $35/hour. Relocation support and housing assistance is available for eligible new hires who must relocate to a new city for the summer. Part-time employment may be offered through the school year at the discretion of GE Aerospace.
