The Corporate Development Associate is responsible for supporting the GE Aerospace Corporate Development team with research, analytics, project management and presentation work related to inorganic business activities, including acquisitions, equity investments, joint ventures, and divestitures, and other strategic activities.

Roles and Responsibilities
In this role you will:
Conduct market analysis and company-specific researchWork with the extended Corporate Development team on the evaluation of inorganic opportunities, including the analysis of markets, business plans, synergies, and financialsProvide day-to-day support for transactions, including with respect to marketing, due diligence, and financial modeling and valuationPrepare internal presentations to support critical decision making by senior managementActively participate in the identification of potential targets and partners
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or collegeMinimum of 3 years of experience in Consulting, Investment Banking, Private Equity, Management Consulting, Strategic Planning, or Financial AnalysisStrong financial acumenAbility and willingness to travel up to 30% of the time (domestically and potentially internationally)Fluency in EnglishProficient use of Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or FinanceExperience and proficiency with financial modeling and financial statement analysisProven project management and organization skills, including when handling multiple projects with competing prioritiesStrong communication and interpersonal skills, ideally in a matrix environmentStrong executive presence and oral and written communication skills, including the ability to synthesize large amounts of dataStrong self-starter, with high energy and the ability to energize others
