Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Computer Science / Information Systems or related fields preferred.
Preferred Knowledge/Skills :
Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader including:
Communicating with various stakeholders from across PwC globally;
Managing system access including review and approval/denial of access requests to various environments e.g. Staging, Production;
Monitoring data submissions made by territories and assist with upload errors;
Checking for data quality issues such as duplicate records, records with incomplete information and records not conforming with the prescribed syntax;
Managing defects to establish system issues are resolved efficiently and effectively;
Using technology platforms such as Visual Studio Team Services (VSTS), SFTP tools, Service Now, etc.;
Managing incidents and requests via the global ticketing tool, as well as SLA tracking and monitoring;
Analyzing data and delivering data quality using SQL and Excel;
Creating change requests for bug fixes via VSTS and effectively communicate with the development team;
Developing detailed design documents, collaborate with the ORD system’s development team and conduct UAT for new system releases;
Documenting operational processes and policies;
Understanding of MDM processes, tools, architecture, data quality, data integration, data modeling and mapping;
Understanding of problem management and change management;
Partnering with a cross-functional team, executive leadership, subject matter specialists and data stewards to contribute to an overarching, holistic service management process;
Diagnosing, proposing solutions to, and resolving technical issues;
Translating complex technical scenarios into a language understandable by non technical stakeholders;
Working in a fast paced work environment across remote teams;
Displaying attention to detail and accuracy through documentation and analytical skills;
Developing detailed design documents/technical specification (e.g. source to target documentation);
Managing and publishing documentation and communications using Google Apps; and,
Working with dashboard reporting and Power BI; data modeling tools such as Enterprise Architecture Sparx; and, MS SQL Server, metadata management pools, and SharePoint.
