Job Description Summary
The Senior Human Resource Partner is the first point of contact for managers and employees to provide counsel, coaching and support on HR fundamentals and employee related questions for our Wroclaw, Poland site as well as other assigned GE Vernova businesses in Poland. This role is critical in leading our key HR initiatives, providing available and responsive internal employee support, consistently demonstrating leadership capabilities on behalf of the broader HR team, driving cohesive and innovative HR strategies, and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
The Senior Human Resource Partner will be directly aligned to a highly-complex, defined employee population. In addition, you will:
Provide dedicated HR guidance and coaching to multiple leaders and employees for GE Gas Power and other GE Vernova customer groups within a complex business environment with a specific focus on: employee advocacy / engagement, HR fundamentals and process training, employee relations management, performance management, inclusion & diversity, career development, talent assessment, acquisition and retention, and workplace investigations, as appropriate.Lead HR and business strategy alignment, organization design, workforce planning, culture and change management, analytics, leadership development and coaching, pipeline development, and succession planning with an eye for continuous improvement across the function and business.Partner with leadership to embed a contemporary organizational culture with a Lean focus, leveraging change acceleration techniques, contemporary communications methodologies and feedback to assist in driving broad change and improving the employee experience. Partner horizontally across the HR function to identify and implement business-specific HR strategies.Ensure that all employee relations issues are properly identified, reported, investigated and resolved.Provide advice and counsel to leaders and employees to ensure consistent application and integration of policies, procedures and practices at 100% compliance to promote an ethical and compliant work environment.Lead key HR processes including compensation planning and compliance, to include any identified training needs.Maintain and protect confidential data with utmost scrutiny, judgment, and care.Conduct investigations including gathering, preserving, documenting and analyzing all available information and evidence, and in some circumstances, making recommendations to the business on disciplinary action. Provide coaching and mentorship to team members.
Qualifications:
This role requires significant experience in Human Resources and Employee Relations. Knowledge level is comparable to a Master's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience).Excellent English and Polish language skills
