  About the team

  TikTok's Global Gaming Team aims to help gaming businesses and brands unleash their creative side, connect with our audience, and drive revenue and growth. We provide strategic input and run high-impact campaigns to ensure our customers have best-in-class tools and products at their fingertips.

  As the SEAK KA Gaming Client Solutions Lead within GBS, your primary responsibility will be assisting our top clients in the gaming industry from KR and SEA to enhance their presence on TikTok for Business and drive growth. Your role involves navigating through intricate business scenarios, aiding clients in overcoming their challenges, and contributing to the expansion of our revenue through advertising products. You will be tasked with devising solutions that harness your strategic and analytical digital marketing expertise, as well as your talent management skills to nurture and lead the team. The ideal candidate should possess a robust comprehension of the digital media landscape, a wealth of experience in performance marketing, and the adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding startup environment to meet our revenue targets. Your performance will be assessed based on your ability to increase revenue from existing clients and the initiatives you spearhead to establish TikTok as a pivotal platform for our client companies.

  Responsibilities

  Motivating and Developing High-Performing Teams

  - Motivate and empower a data-savvy team that meticulously analyzes campaign performance data to deliver clients data-driven business insights and enhance our advertising solutions.

  - Promote team development by serving as a role model, refining campaign optimization skills, offering coaching and training, establishing organizational frameworks, including recruitment, and facilitating career progression through strategic planning and effective methods geared towards achieving demanding objectives.

  Grwoing revenue through Business Insights

  - Deliver data driven busienss insights with executive influence to persuade and secure investments in TikTok.

  - Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding in the digital and performance marketing space.

  Leveraging Cross-Functional Resources, Prioritizing, and Seeking Win-Win Solutions

  - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leaders to establish frameworks that align processes, workflows, and roles and responsibilities.

  - Efficiently allocate resources where and when needed by managing priorities effectively.

  Exhibiting Strong Executive Presence and Proficiency in Conflict Management

  - Maintain close communication and alignment with clients and sales counterparts to optimize client strategies, foster trust, and encourage collaboration.

  - Navigate complex conflict resolutions while influencing key client behavior and ensuring seamless business operations.

  Qualifications

  - 8+ years of work experience, in digital marketing, product, consulting, communications, or internet technology, with 3+ years of experience managing teams.

  - Experience strategizing, planning, managing performance and branding campaigns.

  - Expert in digital marketing channels and products; pro in campaign optimization.

  - Solid knowledge & experience in tracking, attribution, and measurement logic; experience using some of the major tools like GA, Appsflyer, Adjust etc.

  - Project management experience in a data-driven decision-making environment.

  - Strategic thinker with experience identifying and leading initiatives to drive business performance.

  - Good communication and presentation skills. Proficient Vietnamese and English are required.

  - Flexible team player who navigates a fast-paced and often ambiguous environment well.

  - Highly organized, confident and self motivated individual that is equally comfortable supporting junior team members and communicating with c-suite staff.
