BetterNight is a professional medical service and supply company focused on sleep & sleep therapy. Our focus is on diagnosis on sleep apnea through home sleep study and treatment through the use of CPAP therapy or oral appliance therapy.
SUMMARY
The Fulfillment Specialist – HST’s is responsible for downloading returned sleep studies and ensuring there is enough data to validate the test. This position is also responsible for cleaning, preparing, inventorying, and stocking home sleep study equipment. The expectation of this position is to provide a first-class patient experience, with every patient interaction.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Receives HST (home sleep test) equipment from the patient or front desk. Downloads the data and confirms enough data has been collected to verify the test
Communicates the results to the patient
Sends the downloaded information to Diagnostics (RPSGT’s) for scoring
Cleans and disinfects HST (home sleep test) equipment per company infection control procedures
Stocks equipment and performs inventory counts to ensure all equipment is accounted for
Contacts patients by telephone to collect outstanding pending equipment
Works competently in Brightree to access and retrieve patient, insurance and billing information as needed
Initializes home sleep study equipment
Prepares HST equipment for shipping
Provides patient demonstrations and trainings on the use of the diagnostic sleep apnea ambulatory recorders when necessary
Supports the clinical department with inventory control, cleaning and administrative duties as needed
Work mandatory overtime as scheduled
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Must be knowledgeable in sleep testing equipment usage and maintenance
Must be knowledgeable in Infection Control and maintain Universal Precautions when applicable
Must be knowledgeable in-Patient Rights and Responsibilities, including HIPPA regulations
Basic MS Office computer skills required
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
HS, GED or equivalent required
Prior experience in medical equipment cleaning and handling preferred
Must be detail oriented, organized, and neat in personal and habits
Working knowledge of Spanish language helpful, but not required

Salary Description
$19.00/hr
