Our portfolio of national and super-regional brands and licensed products include Hood, Heluva Good, Lactaid, Blue Diamond Almond Breeze, Planet Oat, Hershey's Milk & Milkshakes and more.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:* Manage data from various sources related to quality, compliance and food safety* Develop strategic solutions to publish data trend analysis reports* Provides routine compliance and complaint reports as required by Hood's key Customers and Business Partners* Lead projects to develop and implement data informatics systems* Provide support for the Group Vice President and FSQR Directors on special projects as needed* Serve as the SME for critical quality and process data repositories* Provide on-site support at HP Hood facilities with Statistical Quality Control* Provide training as necessary to the Teams at each HP Hood Facility* Utilize statistical software to provide meaningful information to the facilities* Additional duties and responsibilities as assignedEducation and Experience:* Bachelor's degree in food science/nutrition, Engineering, applied statistics or equivalent experience* 3-5 years of quality and/or regulatory in the food industry.Skills and Competencies:* Excellent Computer Skills (Word, Excel), adapts to new technologies Experience with Power BI* Expertise with SQL* Functional understanding of Statistical Process Control Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness* Looks for ways to improve and promote quality Shows strong enthusiasm, volunteers readily Exceptionalinterpersonal skills* Presents numerical data effectively* Able to read and interpret written informationHP Hood is an Equal Opportunity EmployerFemale/Minority/Veteran/Disabled"VERVRAA Federal Contracto
