Work you'll do/Responsibilities
Determine, define and gather requirements for application/functions being developed
Work with business users, business analysts and system analysts to interpret and create system specifications
Identify, define and document the IT enablers of the business processes in need of improvement/implementation:
Perform feasibility study/cost benefit analysis
Develop and communicate business requirements
Evaluate and analyze current work-flow processes to determine feasibility of re-engineering and /or automation
Explore application package functionality to satisfy business processing requirements
Assist the Functional Configure application package to satisfy business processing requirements as needed
Provide end-user support for applications/functions when required
Answer application functionality questions
Balance proactive analysis and assistance demands
User application meetings: Coordinating, attending, participating
Support business forms considered to simple to medium complexity with the end-users
Evaluate, review and test applications/functions
Collaborate on technical and end-user documentation needed to support and use the application/function (for developed objects)
Develop/write training materials and courses for app support resources
Develop/write "app support operator" guides
Develop/write "app support procedure" guides
Collaborate on and maintain project plans and related project management documentation
Provide detailed project/task estimates and assist business customers with prioritization
Supervise contract resources as needed to ensure standards are met
Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management
Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes

We deliver continuous modernization, upgrades, and address incremental business changes as part of our engagements through our 5 key offerings: SAP Operations, Oracle Operations, IT Operations, Supply Chain Operations, Finance Operations.
Qualifications
Required
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
6+ years' experience working as a Systems Analyst
6+ years' experience in Healthcare IT
2+ years' experience using Infor CloudSuite Healthcare technology
Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Role is remote

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $98,000 to $141,000.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
