What you'll do:
Work with product managers, scrum masters & product owner for Front End related application support & deployment in China; Include CRM, e-Commerce & channel management, Customer service, contact center, WeChat mini program, WeCom system.Model, configure, develop, and implement Front End related applications to meet desired business requirements. Analyze business processes and systems processes & recommend improvements that use standard Eaton software and processes. Participate in implementations and provide application support to make sure system optimal operation.Mitigate and minimize the impact of technical issues and support requests.Work closely with developers, functional experts and product managers on the continuous improvement projects, user adoption program (super user community) Troubleshooting technical issues and conducting post-mortems.Participate in the entire project lifecycle: analysis of proposed process/system changes /Post system go live support.Gather requirement using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, storyboards, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, event lists, process analysis, competitive product analysis, task and workflow analysis, and/or viewpoints.Complete project related deliverables including future state design documentation and requirements documentation. Participate in unit testing, integration testing support & review of training materials.Support user acceptance testing events and schedules. Develop and implement Organizational Change Management (OCM) plans.Prepare and provide training as required to business process owners and other key stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required, major in computer science, information technology, engineering, or information systems.7 years of experience implementing new applications and systems., 1-3 years functional experience in Front End related applications, e.g., CRM, e-Commerce & Channel management, Customer service, Contact Center, WeChat mini program, Wecom application...etc.Completed at least one full life cycle (design, build, test, deploy) project.Management application experience is highly preferred.Experience and understanding of Agile project management concepts(Devops, Release Management and how enterprise applications are positioned and developed.Strong Business and Analytical skill for complex problem solving, demonstrated ability to understand the business problem and to use analytical skills to research and resolve. Experience in performing gap analysis, root cause analysis, verification planning preferred. Excellent interpersonal skills, strong oral and written communications skills, and adeptness in the art of persuasion.Experience working on mid-sized projects delivered on time and error-free.Good analysis and documentation skills, including prototyping.Good communication (English oral and written) and presentation skills.Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet dead- lines.
