Supervise Front Office: recruitment, training, and performance management.Ensure OHM and brand service quality standards are met for exceptional guestexperiences.Achieve budgeted revenues and expenses, maximizing profitability for guestservices.Liaison with various departments for seamless collaboration.Actively participate in property revenue meetings and contribute to overallprofitability.Develop financial and operational plans aligning with hotel objectives.Skills & Abilities:
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.Problem-solving abilities and efficient decision-making.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to motivate diverse personalities with tact and diplomacy.Multitasking and prioritization skills.Proficient in relevant brand-specific PMS and computer applications.Education & Experience:
Associate or bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Management, orBusiness.Two-year supervisory experience, one-year line-level experience preferred.Equivalent combination of education and experience considered.Physical Requirements:
Standing for extended periods.Light Work: occasional exertion of up to 40 pounds of force.Lifting in excess of 40 pounds may be required occasionally.Work Conditions:
