Join the Mizuho team as a Front Office IT Controls & Audit Lead!
In this role, you will be a member of the Front Office Technology Services Tower responsible for comprehensive oversight across FO IT Towers to coordinate, track, and drive compliance with a broad array of IT controls and audit activities.

Leadership and Management -
Lead function for FO IT which spans all FO IT TowersPoint person between FO IT and other Mizuho GRC groups (including IT-GRC, Audit, IT Towers outside of FO IT - both regionally in the Americas as well as coordinating with other regions)Manage and Mentor Tower-dedicated FO IT C&A team.Reports to FO IT Services tower lead
Candidate Qualifications
Required background, skills, and experience.
> 7 years of Experience in financial services with domain knowledge of FI, EQ, and/or Banking> 5 years of Experience in IT organization with strong understanding of SDLC and IT controls> 5 years of Experience in IT risk, audit, governance, controlsDemonstrated history of successful collaborationAbility to matrix manage both people and issuesPassion for execution to completionComfortable with complexityUncomfortable with ambiguity - drive ambiguity to clarityStrong communication skills - both written and verbalSavvy with office technology tools
The expected base salary ranges from $160k-$200k. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications and licenses obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
