Job Summary
As a Senior Front-End Developer, you'll be a key part of our Company's team. You'll bring your expertise to designing and developing online, social, and email using CSS and HTML. You'll champion web standards and you'll share your knowledge and skills across the digital commerce team. You'll have years of web development experience, expert knowledge of CSS and HTML and solid design, layout, and usability knowledge. And you'll have the ability to execute and learn processes in order to understand, and meet, business needs.

Job Responsibilities
Maintain knowledge of industry trends and new products in order to evaluate opportunities for achieving maximum effective usage of our Company's investment in digital commerce. Mentor team members and provide technical and creative leadership. Work effectively in a team, and independently, in order to meet client delivery dates. Bring expertise within all digital commerce efforts, including web, email, digital media and social media for all Company digital channels in order to resolve complex business challenges. Work with outside departments along with highly skilled technical team members to connect company-wide objectives to digital commerce initiatives. Write high quality, cross-browser and mobile compatible HTML, CSS and JavaScript. Work closely with designers and UX to provide technical input of UI concepts and design implementation. Learn, document and evolve our corporate digital brands and design standards. Learn emerging web development technologies continuously and have the ability to demonstrate these solutions to leadership. Evaluate, advise on and lead the implementation of new digital platforms, methodologies and processes. Assist other team members as required in order to ensure customer requirements are met.
