Hearst UK is looking for an experienced Monday.com expert with the appropriate technical proficiency needed to build a customized project management system on the platform, that will be used by multiple stakeholders within the business.
Possible scope of work includes gaining an understanding of the complex matrix style work flow that each of the user departments currently adhere to and develop a system that help teams coordinate tasks and keep projects on track with centralized timelines, task lists, status updates, and capture team conversations.
Other tasks can include custom integrations that connect Monday to other services and systems, add-ons and plugins development as well as training and onboarding new users
ABOUT THE ROLE
You will work closely with the Head of Testing and testing teams, Content Team, Accreditation Team and Facilities to familiarise yourself with each of their custom project workflows and how they link across all of the key departments
You may be involved in internal meetings with key stakeholders to help build an understanding of important metrics, opportunities and challenges that need to be tracked and considered by the boards.
Key Responsibilities:
Translate technical knowledge into digestible business solutions that can be shared with team members of all levels of technological understanding Build a system that can streamline workflows, manage project budgets, automate repetitive tasks, and improve your teams' collaboration Build a custom reporting board to capture all reporting Set bespoke permissions across the boards to ensure personnel have access to what is relevant to them Recommend best strategies to optimize the platform's use. Build platform integrations between applications to conglomerate the tracking systems onto monday.com and facilitate seamless communication between teams Set up efficient automations within Monday.com to speed up internal processes Create custom formulas to simplify how data is viewed across the boardABOUT YOU
Technically proficient In the software development space Knowledge for best practices across project management and customer relationships management. Proven track record of working with monday.com and has successfully built project management systems for multiple corporate companies.
