About the Team
Our Fraud & Risk team is dedicated to the prevention of fraudulent and illicit behavior. We ensure this by driving investigations of accounts, orders and identities.
We are currently looking for candidates with an analytical attitude, who loves to dig into details and is ready to go above and beyond to prevent fraudulent activities and mitigate financial losses!
What you'll do
Working directly with the Central Ops Marketplace team.
Intensify trends and prepare scalable end-to-end solutions to various stakeholders. Coordinate and supervise setting up trend resolutions.
Work with Automation POCs to design/manage/leverage sophisticated automated risk processes.
Contribute to the creation and maintenance of relevant documentation and dashboards.
Provide training and mentoring for new S2s.
Build and own new risk processes
Explore, and tackle gaps in current fraud processes
Drive key performance risk metrics
Monitor rules hits and adapt them to increase accuracy and trade off Precision/Recall
Provide relevant input to fraud-related support processes
Organize/provide ad-hoc checks for key partners (Risk, Regional Ops, Regional CommOps)
