Overview
Develop a sustainable franchise business for East India. This Franchise Manager will be directly interacting with the respective COO, MUGM and the respective HOSs for Entire East and their teams to drive the execution of the aligned strategy. The person will be working very closely with the Bottler's team to ensure we deliver the volume from these territories by influencing them on their GTM / S&D agendas. The incumbent will also work with the Franchise lead - VBL(N,C &E) , Dir-Consumer Marketing (Franchise) and his team to ensure all the new innovations are launched as per plan.
Responsibilities
Set the agenda for bottling unit as well as PepsiCoDrive Franchise Governance (based on 9FF)Deliver Annual Operating Plan, share, volume, Net revenue objectives.Build capability for future growth of the BottlerMaintain bottler relationship to drive business alignment across Pepsico and the bottler leadership teams.Strengthen the GTM and S&D footprint in the assigned geographiesCollaborate with bottler to implement sales automation agendaEnsure Effective utilization of the FMA budgets to create maximum business impactLead the innovation agenda to build the pillar of future growth to win share in the marketLeverage the resources to support the unit on various key initiatives
Qualifications
Experience and Qualification
Sales and Marketing experience with FMCG companies with a minimum experience of 12-15+ yearsMBA from Premier institute would be preferred
