Financial Performance & Reporting Controller
Based: Sofia

What you will do:
Leads country performance reviews, coordinates with GBS for efficient financial processes, and collaborates with various departments. Manages communication, quality assurance of GBS deliverables, and supports budgeting and forecasting. Leads various financial reporting processes and meetings for effective financial management and performance tracking.
Supervises P&L, ZBB, Capex, and Wcap & FCF reporting, aligns input from AOP/LRP, LE, and Actual owners, reviews reports, and provides explanations for variances.
Support Commercial, Supply, Procurement, Legal, Finance, HR, Zone People, and audit teams in deep dive and cost analysis. Set challenges for ZBB Package and Subpackage, Wcap, and Operational FCF, ensuring the achievement of targets.
Review GBS deliverables, including Accruals, Supply, People, MCIP, Zone People Invoices, T&R, P&L, Royalty, ZBB, Technology details, Travel details, Capex, Gain/Loss, Other income/expenses, Wcap & FCF, PACC, and Commitments. Provide feedback for updates as needed.
Prepare Wcap, FCF, PACC, and P&L reports before month-end. Compare with LY, AOP, and PLE, providing explanations for variances. Coordinate with MCBC Finance and accounting firm for data consolidation.
Oversee automated reporting for ZBB, Capex TM, Wcap, and FCF. Manage databases for GL, Profit Centers, Cost Centers, and T&R. Coordinate CPR Deck preparation and consolidation. Create templates for Country in Cluster Consolidation. Provide active support for changes and updates in accounting, reporting, SOX, and operational procedures. Prepare ad hoc reports, calculations, and analyses for commercial, supply, and procurement projects.

University degree in Economics, Business and/or Accounting.
3+ years in financial controlling/audit, multicultural environment.
Experience in Performance Financial Management, Financial Audit, or Consulting.
Knowledge of Financial Planning, Performance Analysis, Reporting, US GAAP, and Statutory Reporting.
Proficient in SAP and financial analysis tools.
Advanced Excel
Knowledge and experience with Power BI
Confident in challenging executives, strong analytical skills.
Fluent in English.
Familiarity with IFRS; knowledge of US GAAP is a plus.
