Position Overview
This position is responsible for generating reports, analyzing financial/business data, and providing valuable insights to support the strategic decision-making process of Senior Finance Management at the cluster level.
The Analytics & Reporting Analyst will assist in the standardization, optimization and consolidation of reporting and presentations of financial/business indicators (mainly related, but not limited, to P&L). This is also a key role in the design and execution of ad-hoc requests, as well as the development and execution of analytics that require further deep dive.
Overall, this position will play an important role in improving financial performance of Global Brands.e.
Roles And Responsibilitie
Prepare timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Analyze financial and business (category, channel, and consumer) data to identify trends, variances, and potential areas for improvement.
• Execute ad-hoc business analytics.
• Help to provide actionable insights based on data-driven analysis.
• Standardize, optimize, and enhance financial reporting, analytics, and presentations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Interact with other departments to gather relevant information and ensure data quality across the financial reporting process.
• Implement data visualization techniques or dashboards to improve reporting capabilities.
• Collaborate in efficiency initiatives/projects as needed.
Qualifications
Qualifications
• Degree: Bachelor's in Business Administration/Finance/Industrial Engineering preferred.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Understanding of financial reporting and data analysis.
• Expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, and business intelligence tools.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
