Job Description
The Lead Financial Analyst is responsible for providing financial support to North America Application Consulting organization and reports directly into Finance Director. This role is entails both Financial Planning & Analysis as well as Finance Business Partner role, where you interact and VP and GVP business leaders.

This role will be a key member of the Finance team and must be willing to roll up your sleeves and get going quickly with a positive demeanor. You should have a passion for improvement in execution, thrive in a team environment, be detailed oriented and have strong finance modeling and communication skills.
As a member of Oracle's finance organization, you will be responsible for providing all aspects of financial planning support. This role is engaged in P&L consolidation and reporting of financial results, forecasting, budgeting and close activities.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Multifaceted role in supporting Financial Planning & Analysis for North America Applications (NAA) and Oracle Digital Experience Agency (ODX). Role will include P&L budgeting/forecasting, scenario modeling, executive summaries and decks, project management of Finance related initiatives, and various ad-hoc analytical projects.
Own the consolidation of NAA Consulting financials and GVP Level Industry Fully Loaded Dashboard
Maintain Consulting Financial hierarchy to support business requirements and drive effective reporting
Partner with business, operations and other finance leaders to drive accurate and timely forecast
Provide finance business support to NAAC HQ and Ops functions
Analyze, and interpret P&L including bookings, revenue and expenses/headcount, while using financial and operational metrics to provide data-driven insight and analytics
Oversee and manage Oracle Digital Experience (ODX, formerly OMC) Consulting delivery bonus plan
Perform monthly and quarterly financial and operational reporting for short and long-term forecasting, review strategic business investments, and analyze our regional performance
Understand complex financial problems and provide explanations and solutions that are sound and clearly communicated
Identify and track appropriate performance measures, key performance indicators and associated drivers, proactively partner with finance teams across NAAC and ODX Consulting, to understand forecast variance drivers, identify risks/opportunities, and provide strategic insights
Create financial models to support business decisions and drive expected profitability
Support budgeting, forecasting and drive quarter end close processes & reporting
Work with various business partners in creating and reviewing annual financial targets
Proactively communicate areas of concern and recommend actions required to meet financial commitments
Personal Skills and Qualifications:
2-4 years of experience in Finance, Planning & Analysis or Corporate Finance
Bachelor’s degree in Finance and/or Accounting.
Capacity to take personal ownership and initiative for the achievement of agreed goals
Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the company
Very strong oral and written communication skills required
Ability to balance a multi-faceted job with tight deadlines
Ability to build and maintain relationships with business partners and stakeholders in order to accomplish team goals
Innovative problem solving, analytical and decision making skills both Qualitative and Quantitative
Demonstrated knowledge and efficient use of Excel including financial modeling
Capacity to learn quickly, adapt to change and work in an objective driven environment

US: Hiring Range: from $56,200 to $112,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
