Position Overview:
OS CAPEX Sr. Analyst is expected to be OneSource face externally, managing and nurturing relationships with our Global CAPEX stakeholders. It is in charge of managing the transition of internal and external processes, along with fix asset management, including project creation, tracking and governance. Sr. Analyst is also in charge of driving process harmonization, while delivering business insights.
Key Responsibilities:
Stakeholder Management and partnership: including multiple finance leaders and cross-functional teams among different levels of Capital FP&A for the different regions and functions. End-to-End Project Development and Optimization: Manage the transition of internal and external processes considering the different business needs from all regions and functions while identifying opportunities for improvements in their WoW. Financial Management: of the company's capital assets, including a case-by-case project creation, tracking, and accounting cost-recording and control. Financial Reporting and Analysis: Including asset cycle management for its capitalization, depreciation, transfer and write offs, with a general descriptive analysis and visualization. Process Harmonization: While understanding business insights, provide a more efficient and effective process execution and management across regions and functions. Encourages continous improvement mindset in other team members

Degree: Bachelor (ideally Accountant, business administration, Finance) Minimum Years of Experience: 3-5 Accounting background Excel skills Fully bilingual, English and Spanish
