Position Summary
The FP&A Analyst on the IT Finance Team has a supporting role in budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to drive corporate decisions. The position is responsible for financial analysis of SG&A Expenses and providing transparency to Business Partners across assigned internal organizations supported. The Analyst supports in reporting results by translating financial data into visualizations and presentation materials. The position reports directly to the Sr. FP&A Manager within IT Finance.
Successful candidates are curious, take initiative, exhibit attention to detail, collaborate well with team members and work effectively toward deadlines.
Key responsibilities for the Analyst include but are not limited to:
Supports in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting of SG&A Expenses.
Provides transparency on FTE and Vendor spend, and savings initiatives.
Create variance analysis reports and financial models.
Presents detailed monthly financial reports to managers.
Includes measures to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Escalates financial issues to management.
Supports with day-to-day SG&A deliverables and ad-hoc requests
Documents processes with detailed procedures.
Collaborates with senior members of the accounting and finance teams.
Required Qualifications
1+ years of financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting experience (or College equivalent)
1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to perform with a high degree of accuracy under tight deadlines and support projects
Ability to partner well across large enterprises
Ability to effectively communicate, oral and written, across many levels of the organization including senior management
Education
Bachelor’s Degree, with concentration in Accounting, Finance, Business, Healthcare Management or related field required or equivalent years of related professional work experience

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$40,600.00 - $89,300.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
