Currently, we are looking for an Analyst for the Data Validation group to make our Team even stronger.
It is a fully remote position offering you the flexibility to work from any location in Poland, whether it's your home or one of our well-equipped offices in Gdansk, Katowice, Krakow, Lodz, Warsaw, or Wroclaw.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Reconcile management reporting with accounting records and external reporting
Compile and analyze financial data using various data sources and tools
Develop SQL queries (Basic level), scripts, or procedures to support multiple analytical functions
Ensure the reliability of FP&A data by continually reviewing and cleaning
Collaborate with stakeholders in the implementation and usage of data and data infrastructure
Develop and automate reports for streamlined financial and business operations
Drive process improvement and policy development initiatives
Conduct data audits to verify data accuracy, errors review, investigation, solving, review, exception file creation
Liaise with the IT department regarding technical issues or software updates
Update the company's databases regularly to ensure all information is current and accurate
Perform ad-hoc analyses and reporting as required
WHAT YOU HAVE
Technical skills
Proficiency in Excel
Basic knowledge of SQL
Proficiency in English
Soft skills
Effective Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey complex data insights clearly
Patience: Ability to work with large volumes of data and maintain attention to detail
Research Skills: Proven ability to gather and analyze information from various sources
Analytical Aptitude: Capability to interpret and analyze data to derive meaningful insights
Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data interpretation and reporting
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and find efficient solutions
