Job Overview
TE Connectivity's Financial Planning & Analysis Teams develop, interpret and implement financial concepts for financial planning and control. They perform technical analysis to determine present and future financial performance. They gather, analyze, prepare and summarize recommendations for financial plans, acquisition activity, trended future requirements and operating forecasts. The Financial Planning & Analysis Teams also perform economic research and studies in the areas of rates of return, depreciations, working capital requirements, investment opportunities, investment performance and impact of governmental requirements.
Overview of the job
PJF is the CBC2 project CFO to own project financial end to end process and result, should be the first contact for Financial Information regarding CBC2 projects including NPI and sustaining.
Daily responsibility:
Accelerating Time to Market strategy with partnering with project manager, through global standardized and streamlined procedureProvide solid project financial analysis to support PAC decision (New product launch evaluation including cost estimates, capacity analysis, profit and loss statements; Make v Buy, Localization, Cost Savings, Industrialization, VAVE), closely monitoring project execution and driving financial result. Provide scenario analysis to support global CBC2 product footprint decisions. Providing visualized financial report to improve data transparency, and continue improve internal process to support decision and execution Project post auditing to evaluate performance and driving recovery actions for deviationsProvide cost breakdown/cost trend analysis to support pricing negotiation

What your background should look like:
Finance background, 3-5 years' experience as a full time costing related experienceKnowledge of manufacturing (molding, stamping, assembly) Excel/PowerPoint/Power BI/SAP/TED Strong communication, Analytical and Problem-solving skillsFluent English
