As an integral part of Intel's new IDM2.0 strategy, we are establishing Intel Foundry Services (IFS), a fully vertical, standalone foundry business, reporting directly to the CEO. IFS will be a world-class foundry business and major provider of US and European-based capacity to serve customers globally. Intel Foundry Services will be differentiated from other Foundry offerings with a combination of leading-edge packaging and process technology, committed capacity in the US and Europe
As a IP Alliance Manager in IFS you will:
Manage and build business relationships with IP alliance partners.Align, collaborate with IP alliance partners on the IP roadmap to have critical IP available for mutual customers.Legal interaction with IP vendors and Intel stakeholders for facilitating agreements.Collaborate with Intel stakeholders on quality review of IP, to drive corrective actions and follow-up when required.Build and manage the IP alliance portal, to align with the industry best practice.Monitor IP Alliance partners on-going activity and adherence to the IP Alliance requirements for continuing as a member of IFS IP Alliance program.Present IP Alliance overview to prospective IP Alliance partners.Engage, review IP vendor's qualifications for those vendors who apply for an IP Alliance program.

Mission critical to be a team player, with a demonstrated experience in influencing cross divisional teams to collaborate. Analytical skills and experience formulating clear partner and technology strategies with cross-functional teams. Proven experience influencing cross-functional teams.Experienced in managing customer, supplier or partner relationships.Understanding of foundry competitive landscape.Demonstrated experience in marketing strategy preparation and communication.Experienced in support events, press release and promotions.Experienced in cross-functional and highly matrixed environments.Capacity to deliver presentations to any audiences.Exceptional problem-solving abilities and repertoire of skillsFearless mindset for growth and passion for continuous learning to present information and influence technical groups .
Qualifications
What we need to see (Minimum Qualifications):
Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related technical field with 6+ years' experience in foundry or semiconductor industry. 6+ years' experience in technical management, technical sales, or technical marketing at an EDA, Design IP or ASIC silicon IC company.3+ years' experience working in a Fabless-Foundry customer outreach environment. 3+ years of experience in any combination of the following: Program or marketing or product manager at a foundry, fabless semiconductor, or EDA/IP company 2+ years' experience with design enablement based on foundry process technologies, with emphasis on foundation IP (standard cell libraries, SRAM, general purposes I/Os) and interface IP (DDR/LPDDR/HBM, HDMI, MIPI, PCIe, SerDes and USB) development.
How to Stand out (Preferred Qualifications):
Business acumen and experience in the foundry or semiconductor IP is highly desired.2+ years' experience with design enablement based on foundry process technologies, with emphasis on foundation IP (standard cell libraries, SRAM, general purposes I/Os) and interface IP (DDR/LPDDR/HBM, HDMI, MIPI, PCIe, SerDes and USB) development. Familiarity with supply chain and supply agreements.Technical degree with MBA or other Advanced degree.
Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, California: $123,139.00-$203,801.00
*Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience
Working Model
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
