Work you'll do
As an Infrastructure Transition SME - ForgeRock, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless migration and integration of infrastructure solutions, with a specific focus on ForgeRock identity and access management technologies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality transition services, ensuring that the transition is executed efficiently and aligns with organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the subject matter expert on ForgeRock technologies, providing in-depth knowledge and guidance to project teams and stakeholders.
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to plan and execute infrastructure transitions, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints.
Design and implement strategies for the seamless integration of ForgeRock solutions into existing infrastructure, addressing any compatibility issues, and ensuring optimal performance.
Identify potential risks associated with infrastructure transitions and implement effective mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions and ensure a smooth transition.
Create and maintain detailed documentation related to infrastructure configurations, transition plans, and post-implementation support procedures.
Work closely with onshore and offshore teams, fostering effective communication and collaboration to achieve project objectives.
Provide training and support to internal teams and end-users on ForgeRock technologies, ensuring a smooth transition and user adoption.

Qualifications
Required:
6+ years of experience as an Infrastructure Transition SME with a focus on ForgeRock technologies
2+ years of experience with ForgeRock Identity and Access Management solutions
2+ years of experience with infrastructure architecture and systems integration
Bachelor's degree
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Preferred:
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
ForgeRock Certified Identity Management Engineer (FCIME)
ForgeRock Certified Identity Gateway (FCIG)
ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) Certification
Project Management Professional (PMP)
AWS Solution Architect Professional
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Project management experience is a plus
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $78,000 to $118,000.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
