As a Foreman, you will provide assistance to Operation Supervisor with yard operations and employees to ensure customer expectations for product, operations, delivery, and installation and pick up are being met or exceeded. This opportunity is for you if you excel and place value on the following:
Build and maintain customer relationships.
Assist with supervision of personnel, tools, equipment, safety and production.
Instructs department personnel in the safe operation of necessary tools and equipment.
Trains department personnel on how to fulfill their duties including providing day-to-day instruction and guidance on how to perform the jobs more safely, easily, faster, and with better quality workmanship.
Inspects finished products to assure quality control standards have been met.
Assists Supervisor in maintaining equipment, scheduling personnel and maintaining consumables stock.
Maintains and promotes a maximum quantity consistent with high quality of all work performed in department.
Maintains a safety, neat and orderly working environment.
Follows company safety rules and wears personal protective gear at all times.
