Exciting opportunity to join a team of flavorist with a Food and Flavor powerhouse in New Jersey!

　　Description:

　　• Create recipes and applications for product demonstrations for customer visits and trade shows.

　　• Follow current culinary trends and present ideas to Sales and Marketing teams.

　　• Compound and blend flavor products as needed for day to day functions.

　　• Effectively and efficiently execute lab projects that are assigned

　　• Engage in sensory support for the product development and quality team as needed

　　• Support product development and applications team in tastings, sharing feedback and information of ideas and concepts; as well as sample creation as needed

　　Skills & Qualifications:

　　• Bachelor’s Degree in culinary science, food science or related field required

　　• 2+ years relevant experience and a passion for making food taste great

　　• Strong passion for food and cooking.

　　• Able and willing to perform product tastings; which include vegan, vegetarian, meat, poultry, and seafood

　　• Proficiency with Office suite, as well as ability & willingness to learn new software applications
