　　ELS is hiring for the position of Food & Beverage Manager in N Fort Myers, Florida.

　　What you'll do:

　　The Food & Beverage Manager oversees the day to day operations in all aspects of kitchen and restaurant management and serves as a liaison between our restaurants and guests and residents with respect all food & beverage operations.

　　Your job will include:

　　Respond to questions and complaints in a timely manner. Contact vendors to address any issues that require immediate attention. Schedule kitchen staff, servers, bartenders, cooks and cooks assistants.Order and inventory all food and beverage supplies and maintain inventory. Manages inventory control, payroll, menu creation and service standards. Fill in where needed to ensure guest service standards are met.Oversees the compliance of state liquor laws and all health regulations. Manage calendars and perform general administrative tasks.

　　Skills & experience you need:

　　High School diploma, or a combination of education and equivalent experience. 2+ years of experience in a restaurant kitchen environment. Solid experience in customer service and basic knowledge of building structures. Experience coordinating and scheduling appointments. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other web-based applications, including email and point of sale experience. Experience performing administrative tasks and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize based on guest needs. Meticulous attention to detail. Valid driver's license, good driving record and current auto insurance.
