FLOW ANALYST
Responsabilies:
• Monitors the operational flows, the relative productivity and the KPIs of specific areas in relations to the MHE installation proposing corrective and improvements actions;
• Acts as operative interface between Operations Team Leaders and MHE team to ensure installations performances meet OPS requirements;
• Configures all available parameters within MHE tools to have a continuous and seamless match with OPS sizing and priorities;
• Supports the automation engineers in identifying issues and proposing CI actions;
• Supports the Warehouse Manager and Operations Manager in following daily activities of area which are managed with MHE installations.
Requirements:
• Technical Diploma or Degree;
• Experience of at least 2 years in companies in the logistics and transport sector;
• Good knowledge of the Office Package;
• Good knowledge of Reflex web;
• Ability to analyze and synthesize, good communication and relational skills, problem solving, flexibility;
• Ability to convey requirements both to OPS and technical figures.
