Position Summary:
The Flex Tech position is responsible for ensuring the value stream maintains a consistent workflow for production by providing materials to team members and supports the value streams while practicing lean initiatives. This position will advocate and support the Corporate Win Strategy.
Essential Functions:
Supply and deliver materials to assembly personnel promptly.
Ensure materials being utilized match the router pick list.
Create and print product labels.
Consolidate proper materials and packaging labels to create a complete product.
Assist to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of inventory levels.
Work with supervisors, buyer/planners and cell leads to assist with work orders, the supply and delivery of materials.
Receive and return materials to proper location using a computer inventory process system.
Perform these and other duties as requested by the supervisor.

Qualifications:
Knowledge of essential computer functions and data entry.
Ability to work from detailed written or verbal instructions.
Must be willing to obtain a forklift license and learn to use inspection equipment, fixtures and hand tools as needed.
Must be able to sustain or use moderate physical effort working with average weights of 0-50 lbs.
Ability to work overtime as needed including Saturdays.
High School Diploma/GED equivalent.
