Northrop Grumman Space Systems is seeking a Fleet Coordinator 2 to support the Sentinel Program and is located in Ogden, UT.
What You'll Get To Do:
Assists in the administration of the company's automotive fleet program. Performs various clerical task like maintaining fleet records, lease agreements, maintenance records, and other pertinent documentation. Communicates with employees on information related to company lease programs, operator responsibilities, company policies, and procedures. Assists with gathering and preparing fleet expense, fuel usage, and mileage reports. Creates, maintains, and review Driver Qualification Files (DQF) within an electronic filing system. Tracks vehicle registrations, titles, DOT, and State safety inspections. Works with local fleet coordinators to schedule maintenance and repairs on vehicles. At times will be required to drive fleet vehicles to dealers, maintenance shops, and assist with local deliveries if needed.

This position's standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.
Basic Qualifications:
You'll Bring These Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent and 2 years additional education and/or related experience.
Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point
Experience reading and following policies / procedures such as ELD entries and/or vehicle preventive maintenance procedures
Ability to work hours necessary to meet business objectives. This may include working overtime (40+ hours in a work week)
Clean driving record
Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in fleet coordination, logistics, or a related field preferred
2 Years or more experience reviewing driver logs
Previous Fleet Coordinator employment
Previous port of entry employment
Experience with oversize and over weight permits
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work under a deadline
Detail oriented but able to understand the big picture.
Salary Range: $35,300 - $58,900
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
