As a Trade Operations Analyst, you'll support the investment process for the Capital Group. You have a true interest in derivatives, fixed income securities, and/or collateral management with a genuine focus on service orientation. You'll play a critical role in post-trade process by supporting the allocation, confirmation, margin, product lifecycle, and settlement functions. Your expertise will be leveraged by your ability to serve as a technical subject matter expert.

You have a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business or a relevant field of study.You have a strong understanding of cleared and/or bilateral derivative instruments.You have a foundational knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and post trade operations.You have knowledge and/or experience with industry utilities such as Aladdin, CRD, MarkitWire, Trade Suite, Bloomberg, TradeWeb, MTM, Trianna, FailStation, AcadiaSoft, TriOptima, etc. You're proficient in Microsoft Office with the ability to learn various operations related systems.You are effective at communicating with key stakeholders with varying levels of experience.You thrive in team settings. You ask great questions, bounce ideas off others and proactively share your perspective.You are highly detail oriented with demonstrated accuracy in a deadline driven environment.You bring exceptional quality and attention to detail while reviewing the work of others.You're available and open to work overtime as needed.

Orange County Base Salary Range: $95,066-$152,106
Hampton Roads Base Salary Range: $80,172-$128,275
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
