　　FinTech OneStream Manager

　　At Mars Inc., we are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a FinTech OneStream Manager. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the integrity and reliability of Mars Inc.'s management accounts through the effective operation of our future corporate reporting systems. As the FinTech OneStream Manager, you will be responsible for internal quality management, overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of the OneStream system and period close process changes.

　　What are we looking for?

　　Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent education; CPA/CMA preferredMinimum 15 years of proven experience in finance systems and finance processes5+ years of experience in OneStreamDemonstrated understanding of how finance processes, internal and external reporting requirements, and systems affect an organization.Experience with managing projects/project management skillsExperience in managing change across teams

　　What will be your key responsibilities?

　　Act as a Senior Consultant to provide expertise to the One Consolidation Project Team for the design and implementation of OneStream.Own internal quality assurance for the design and maintenance of our Corporate Consolidation tool.Provide expertise to the Helios Sunset Strategy workstream to ensure a smooth transition after the retirement of current tools.Contribute to the design and execution of complex restatements for organizational changes.Business partner across the entire ecosystem in the design, implementation, and delivery of corporate requirements.
