Summary of Responsibilities
The successful candidate will need to have a good desire in innovating processes for customers (partners) / vendors. He/she will be the custodian of all GRC controls, design mechanisms for sustainable improvement, proactively audit all processes and be instrumental to upscale the process to the next level. With growing regulatory needs for making payments to various countries, a special operations team “CSRP (Countries with Special Requirements to Pay)” has been created to manage such nuances. The individual, manages the CSRP Team for EMEA. This team is an amalgamation of experts/SMEs from different spheres of payments to engage in providing specialized payment services. There are 20 countries in EMEA that have special requirements/documents to be produced in government portals (ex: ICEGATE for customs payments, following up with bank for form 4 collection/ensuring collateral is released after-settlement and Irrevocable Letter of Credit in Egypt). The scope of the responsibility would include ME/EU countries that could be extended to a global model in the future. The individual leads a team of 5 SME’s specializing in various countries with special requirements.
Key job responsibilities
• Leading and developing a team of Payments Analysts, including employee training and development
• Deliver on all goals & metrics around business, process
• Co-ordinate with Payments Tech & Bank to resolve payment issues
• Constantly work with business teams, share metrics and create plan of action for aged items in Payments world. Build processes to highlight issues proactively such as invoice/expense late payments.
• Work closely with finance operations team in different locations for timely transaction processing.
• Developing, modifying and maintaining GRC controls
• Lead cross functional systems and process improvement initiatives

Basic Qualifications
4+ years of Accounts Receivable or Account Payable experience
4+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience
4+ years of building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making experience
4+ years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience
3+ years of directly managing and leading a team of 3+ members experience
Preferred Qualifications
4+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience
4+ years of identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, identifying the root cause and creating/implementing an escalation plan experience
4+ years of mentoring junior finance and/or business team members experience
