We are seeking a Findur Business Analyst to join our team! You will be responsible for performing complex research and analysis of major derivatives initiatives to identify, document, test and analyze complex processing, service and/or technical improvement opportunities. Work independently and collaborative with your team members to identify and understand complex operational issues and develop creative solutions involving workflow procedures and/or new technologies.

Requirements
Previous experience as a BA in investment banking/capital markets Previous experience working with Findur/Endur. Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical requirements to Users and Stakeholders. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Assist with technical specification documents and unit testing plans. Able to work in a collaborative team environment. Responsibilities
Identification of solutions and alternatives to business and system problems, outlining their relative merits, estimated cost, compatibility, etc., to ensure MIM make informed decisions. Use industry experience and contacts to assist Global Derivative Services (GDS) in understanding what similar companies in the industry are doing in terms of providing like solutions for initiatives tables (i.e. "best of breed" solutions). Establish relationships with internal leaders to determine optimal solutions for complex business needs. Use industry knowledge and expertise, as well as participate service providers to support new processes or requests by the client. Ensure that all processes and systems work within the mandated regulatory and compliance requirements for the industry. Develop test strategies, test plans, test cases and expected results in consultation with the business to ensure that initiatives being implemented meet expected deliverables. Ensure stakeholders have a common understanding of project deliverables and parameters (e.g., Time, cost, quality, and benefits). Exercise judgment in identifying issues, modifying plans as business conditions change, assessing courses of action and developing recommendations. Maintain focus as priorities change, keeping the business needs and importance in perspective as it relates to overall strategic goals and communicating these changes in an understandable, justified, and acceptable means. Track business requirements through the work request or project processes adding value, as needed, to the design/analysis and testing phases.
