　　What will you be doing?

　　Financial Underwriter

　　Dorking or Basingstoke

　　Hybrid

　　2 days per week in office

　　This role involves providing superior underwriting expertise by accurately assessing risk, accurate pricing and underwriting of quotations to agreed timescales. You will underwrite complex new and existing quotations; this will require skill and judgment including claims analysis and assessment.

　　What will you bring?

　　To be successful in this position you will:

　　Have experience within a financial underwriting role (Preferred)Have Group Risk product knowledge (Preferred)Be proactive, curious and investigative.Be confident delivering presentations to internal and external audiencesBe analytical and data driven in your approach.Be proficient in systems usage, including MS ExcelHave the ability to discuss technical/risk/pricing mattersSpeak to sales teams, brokers, clients, claimants, or medical providersWork alone and autonomously, as well as collaboratively in a team
