The role Financial Systems Technical Analyst sits in the Finance Systems - IT department of Paysafe. It is part of a larger functional and technical support team and is a tech role involved in the Oracle Financial applications and Coupa cloud platform system maintenance.
What to expect:
1. System support and administration:
End-users support;Troubleshooting and maintaining Oracle E-Business Suite application processes;Resolving technical and functional issues;Financial systems monitoring;Supporting external and internal audit of functional and system setup.
2. Report development and customizations support:
Query data and prepare ad-hoc reports using PL/SQL;Requirements gathering from non-technical users, facilitating user acceptance testing; Preparing technical specifications and change management documentation;Customizations and regression testing.
3. Maintenance and support users and users access rights:
Creating users, assigning user roles and responsibilities;Creating and maintaining employees;Revoking user access;Monitoring user accesses;Ensure compliance with organization-defined data security policies.
4. Maintenance and support approval hierarchy:
Approval hierarchies (PO, Invoice, iExpenses, etc.) setup and changes;Approval rules, conditions, groups setup and approvers positions maintenance;Approval workflow related issues support, troubleshooting and investigation;Approval hierarchy testing, versioning support and documentation.
To be successful you need to have:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Business Administration, Economics, Information Technology, Management Information Systems;At least 2 years of relevant experience; Knowledge in SQL, financial systems, ability to analyze information and generate reports;Ability to identify issues in the financial systems and solve problems in a creative manner;Ability to work within time constraints while managing multiple priorities;Excellent verbal and written communication skills, fluent command in English;Ability to work with different teams as to help them address financial or system issues;Advanced computer skills, including expertise in MS Excel using advanced formulas, pivots, charts, and graphs; creating queries, data imports/exports;Technical writing skills: document procedures, user manuals, testing evidence, troubleshooting guides;Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite Financial applications and Coupa Procurement cloud platform will be considered as a strong advantage.
