  We are currently seeking a Financial Services Consulting Manager to join our team in the United States (US).

  Financial Services Consulting Practice

  NTT DATA's Financial Services Consulting team partners with our clients on their transformation journeys from strategy and delivery to achieving business outcomes, helping them to respond to digital proliferation by focusing on customer-oriented services, just-in-time services, and modularized product offerings.

  As a Financial Services Consulting Manager, you will work collaboratively as part of a client-facing team to deliver value to our clients and help them achieve their digital, data, and transformational goals. Our client base and expertise span strategic financial services institutions including top 10 U.S. banks, global payment providers, and top wealth management firms.

  Role Responsibilities:

  - Support client engagements for Financial Services, Payments, Merchant Acquiring, or Issuing clients, as part of their strategy, transformation and implementation initiatives

  - Participate in architecture consulting and advisory engagements, engaging with clients to help strategically design and implement transformative technology solutions within their Card and Payments organizations

  - Provide architectural support to key initiatives through ideation, design, scope, test, etc.

  - Produce conceptual and logical architectures to meet strategic business, financial, and technology objectives through documentation of strategy, systems, architectures, process flows and value-chains

  - Support the creation of technology blueprints and roadmaps showing the evolution of systems from current to target state which meet strategic business, financial and technology objectives

  - Facilitate discussions, identify and analyze issues, and develop structured solutions in the project environment with a large group of diverse stakeholders and participants

  - Manage end-to-end project execution, including stakeholder communications, and minimize engagement risk by proactively identifying and raising issues and recommending courses of remediation

  - Meet deadlines while managing multiple tasks (business development, client management, project management, team management, firm leadership)

  Basic Requirements:

  - 5+ years experience working with Card and Payments industry systems architecture and technology ecosystems

  - Certification in or 5+ years experience working with industry best practices in architectural methodologies and standards (e.g. TOGAF, CMM, Zachman, etc.)

  - 5+ years experience with technology architecture for payments functions such as checks, ACH, Wire, Credit Card, Debit Card, and Payment products such as Bill Pay, Zelle, etc.

  - 5+ years experience with legacy and emerging payment areas of focus (including Real Time Payments, Mobile Wallets, Payment Hubs, card tokenization schemes, ISO 20022 Standards, and Open Banking)

  - 5+ years experience leading implementations of Payment APIs, Payment Platforms such as Volante, FIS OPF, FiServ Dovetail (EPP), Finastra (GPP SP, GPI) and MT to MX conversions

  Preferences:

  - MBA

  - Experience working with new and emerging digital payment capabilities, including mobile wallets and card tokenization schemes

  - Management Consulting industry experience

  - Experience in an external client facing role developing go to market strategies and networking within the Financial Services & Payments sector

  - Experience carrying a revenue quota

  Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $142,000-$283,000. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance. This position is eligible for company benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance with an employer contribution, flexible spending or health savings account, life and AD&D insurance, short and long term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program with company match, and additional voluntary or legally-required benefits.
