The Document Management-Financial Processor works within Protective's Corporate Mailroom. They are responsible for processing remote bank deposits, creating accurate journal entries, and maintaining various financial records related to customer payments. This is a production-based role with time service goals and set minimum production standards.
Primary Job Responsibilities:Processes transactions as defined by the manager of the work area in order to assist in meeting overall team productivity goals. Processing may include high profile, complex transactions as well as routine, daily transactions. Supports various levels of the management team. Meets routinely and pro-actively with managers and training. Is supportive and connected to management activities and decision making. Reports issues and/or trends to the managers.
Knowledge/Experience/Education/Training:3+ Years of experience in Operational Accounting, Banking, or Bookkeeping.Experience making remote depositsAttention to detail and high level of accuracyKnowledge of or ability to quickly learn systems such as Gemini, NextGen, RQD4, ADMI, APD MAX and Warranty Knowledge of or ability to quickly learn Journal Voucher, SAP entries bank deposits, ACH processing and Credit card processing Expertise in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel and Outlook.Ability to research and resolve complex and sensitive customer requests High School Diploma or Equivalent
This position is an in office position, with no opportunities for remote or hybrid work.
