As a Financial Fund Administrator within PNC's Asset Management organization, you will be based in Philadelphia, PA.
The position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at the manager's discretion

Job Description
Maintains the financial and regulatory fund administration infrastructure supporting internally manufactured investment products as appropriate.Oversees day-to-day financial and operational activities; reviews and monitors information produced by third-party service providers and vendors to ensure information accuracy. Serves as central point of contact for internal and external partners on matters related to mutual funds, including Operations, Risk, Compliance and Administrator. Provides instructions as necessary. Assists in the remediation of issues.Implements procedures and collaborates with other internal and external parties to ensure compliance with fund policies and federal securities laws.Assists in review and approval of capital calls, distributions, trade confirms, NAVs, investor statements, financial/tax packages and forms, and periodic regulatory filings. Coordinates the annual audit with audit firm and other external partners (administrator, underlying funds, etc.). Coordinates the tax reporting cycle processes with the tax preparation partner (federal, state and investors K-1s).Coordinates the drafting of an annual report if applicable.Assists in internal reporting as necessary.Contributes to tactical planning and execution of key events including expense structure modifications, Series and class launches, liquidations and reorganizations.

Work Experience
Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience. Certifications are often desired. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
