Translate business and product requirements into solutionsClosely monitoring the performance of the solutions post-implementation to ensure expectations are metIdentifying opportunities and gaps within the current portfolio of Paysafe's Fraud Risk Controls, products, including continuously evolving fraud trends and product gapsAlign Financial Crime Prevention Architecture with internal stakeholders and our product developmentDrive and support implementation and integration of Anti-Financial Crime SystemsEnhancement of our risk engines & machine learning platforms to fulfill the needs of our data scientists, Risk & Compliance operations, and mitigation expertsSteering multiple exiting projects every yearFind synergies between our current and future risk tools
To be successful you need to have:
Bachelor's or Master's degree (FH/Uni), preferably in Informatics, Information Systems or equivalent education5+ years of relevant professional experienceExperience in financial crime prevention, online payments, digital wallets and fintech will be a substantial advantageKnowledge of Financial Crime Prevention tools: Device Fingerprinting, Rule Engine, Machine learning models, Telemetry (Consortium data/global intelligence)Strong technical understanding & passion for automation (programming language is a plus)Data analysis & data visualization know-how (Tableau is a plus)Knowledge about Salesforce and Data Science is a plusHigh ethical standards, proactive attitude, self-motivationThinking out of the box and ability to see underlying "big picture"Ability to work well unsupervised and use own initiativePersonal interest in Gaming / Gambling / Online Entertainment is appreciatedFull proficiency in English, additional language skills advantageous (i.e. Spanish, German)
