Main Responsibilities:
Prepares various reports for sales evolution and profit margin evolution per products and per customersCoordinates Forecast and Budget process for sales and profit marginResponsible for the analysis of transport and packaging costs related to salesResponsible for calculating intercompany transfer prices for products delivered within the groupResponsible for ensuring that Group Transfer Price Policy is applied within the companyPerform cost calculations per product (product costing)Makes interpretation and offers possible explanations to the management regarding deviations from the plan and forecasts sales figuresOffers support for local Head of Controlling Department for preparing Management meetingsContinuously monitors company performance indicatorsIdentifies the possibilities of reducing / streamlining costs and maximizing the company's profitsIndicates possible risks to which the company is exposed and recommends corrective measures to eliminate them and to achieve the desired resultsCommunicates proactively with other departments, company management and business units in GermanyCarries out monthly closings activities and prepares analyzes and financial reports in accordance with the group's requirementsHybrid job (remote & office)Additional Information

Qualifications
Requirements:
Academic Degree in Economics (Cost Accounting, Controlling, Finance)Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in Controlling functionsWorking experience with ERP Systems in Finance and Controlling area (preferably SAP system)Good PC skills and Microsoft Office knowledge (expert on working with Excel)Mandatory - very good level of English language (written and spoken)Must have strong technical and analytical skills with solid cost accounting backgroundAbility to build professional relationships with internal and external clientsAbility to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements and projections with strong attention to detailAble to maintain strict confidence in financial sensitive information and demonstrate a high level of integrity.Excellent communication and analysis skills required accompanied with a persona of a high character teammateWillingness to continuously learn and be open to feedback to improve individual performance.Company Description
