Key Areas of Responsibility Accountable for integrity and consistency of financial statements of the legal entities in scopeAccountable for the integrity of the monthly financials (IFRS) of the ORU's in scopeEnsures compliance to accounting policies and standardized processes for ORU's in scopeEnsures internal controls are set up in line with the Signify ICS framework, effectiveness of these controls is assessed and mitigation is defined and actions are taken in time to mitigate risks identified; cooperates here with FBP and GM.Drives and oversees improvement projects related to accounting processes and internal controls together with other parties within AccOps and ARIC, in line with organizational strategyWorks together with RTR Accounting Managers in setting up priorities for Accounting Specialists. Coordinates cooperation cross domain and sets right priorities for AccOps teams on ORU levelManagement of Financial Audit relationship (principle point of contact for external auditors) and issue resolutionPartner and central communication point to the Finance Business Partner and local organizationsProvides accounting judgement for complex and judgmental accounting issues and knows how to leverage the accounting network within AccOps and ARIC to determine the correct accounting (approves all entries that require judgment and IFRS interpretation)KPI's Performance KPI's for the RtR process: MEC KPI (timely and accurate month end close) BSR QI (justification of financials) Compliance (on time and full reporting) Statutory and tax filings ICS effectivenessSignify accounting process adherence of ORU's in scope QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENT CPA or ACCA is a mustFluent in English ( written & oral )Big Four Experiences ( > 3 years ) would be a plusA fast learner who can quickly adapt to local environment and flexibility when required (e.g. local ERP system, JV set-up)100% fully dedicated to the Klite finance team, managing the complexity of group & driving transformationWork location in Haining/Ningbo, with 30-50% of travelling time.SKILLS & EXPERIENCEAccounting Expertise (IFRS advanced, local GAAP basic, tax accounting basic)Advanced knowledge of accounting processesBasic understanding of other processes in finance, including finance systemsAdvanced knowledge of Internal controls and financial auditsDigital skillsStakeholder managementLeadershipPeople management & motivationCommunicationInfluencing & relationship managementProblem Solving & LEAN (Advanced)Our candidate profile is just a guide.
