Siemens Financial Services, Inc (SFS) is seeking an experienced candidate to join our Equity team as Financial Analyst.

Siemens Financial Services Equity Finance (SFS EQ) offers a broad variety of financing solutions, spanning from traditional equity project finance to platform and fund structures, adding new value for both the customer and the involved Siemens Operating and Strategic companies.
We are looking for Financial Analyst to be in New York City, New York. Note that Siemens employs a hybrid working environment model.
Responsibilities:
Perform financial analysis and modeling to support decision-making for the business.
Evaluate growth companies and determine their valuation.
Analyze financial statements and prepare financial reports.
Develop financial models and forecasts.
Conduct industry and market research to identify trends and opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives.
Communicate financial findings and recommendations to senior management.
Add value to transactions by leveraging your finance expertise, due diligence experience and structuring experience.
Requirements include:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or similar quantitative field.
2+ years prior experience, inclusive of internships, in financial modeling and company valuation.
Relevant prior experience in, Investment Banking, Private Equity Venture Capital, Merger and Acquisitions and/or Project Finance/Capital Markets.
Strong MS Excel and financial modelling skills to review financial models and perform analytics
Experience in managing interface between business and support functions such as accounting, tax, reporting, business controlling, etc.

The pay range for this position is $86,800 - $148,800 along with an incentive bonus structure The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
