We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join our team in Cluj as a contributor within the FP&A team.
ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive financial leadership and support to GTO Wealth areas with a focus on revenueManage and maintain internal schedules, reports and processes in order to meet tight deadlines and deliverables for monthly, quarterly and yearly financial resultsPerform detailed analysis of financial and operational performance with limited direction including, but not limited to revenue, sales, T&M and variance / trend analysisActively identify and drive process improvement to elevate analytics and create efficienciesPrepare and/or maintain operating budgets/forecasts by identifying and collecting relevant information from numerous data sources and by collaborating with multiple areas including Finance, Billing, Account Management, Sales, Product and ConversionsAssist with ad hoc requests from Finance or business partnersQualifications
Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting or related area.2-5 years experience in financial analysis.Self starter with the ability to work on multiple projects with minimal direct supervision.Strong experience with Excel, data science and visualization;Ready to work within highly engaged and team-oriented environment;Demonstrated project management skills;Nice to HaveProficiency in Power BI and strong excel skills#LI-Hybrid
