Primary job functions consist of conducting financial modeling on various financial products as well as measuring, analyzing, and forecasting performance in conjunction with operating plans, advising management on the allocation of resources to best accomplish objectives, and preparing reports for management. 　　Your responsibilities in this role

　　Work alongside cross-functional partners in Accounting and Operations to see the proper execution of plans

　　2+ years of experience with SAP usage and/or analysis of large data sets

　　Provide valuable foresight and decision support through effective Business Intelligence (BI)

　　Explain and understand internal and external drivers impacting performance and trending

　　Compose and oversee forecasting reports

　　Keep tabs on monthly and quarterly performance through the comparison of actuals versus expectations, ensuring that business partners handle their resources

　　Support Area/Segment-level Bookings on a weekly, quarterly and annual basis, as well as P& L forecasting

　　Work with senior executives on strategic deep dives by developing financial models and insights on topics such as: Retention forecasts, Campaign Planning & Tracking, return on investment of strategic investments, strategic resource allocation and prioritization, and event tracking and execution

　　An ideal candidate should be highly flexible, comfortable with large amounts of information, and adept at managing expectations

　　Work with the Accounting team on monthly and quarterly financial close processes

　　Look over performance to date while assessing potential opportunities and risks

　　Lead monthly reporting to business partners on financial results and if any actions are required

　　Requirements

　　Eager problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity

　　2+ years of experience with SAP usage and/or analysis of large data sets

　　Spreadsheet and ERP system experience suggested

　　Firm understanding of problem solving through statistical analysis or with large data sets highly preferable (such as in derivatives, structured finance, or business analytics or in a similarly demanding and analytical role)

　　Proven experience creating and processing Sales Order (preferably in SAP)

　　Financial planning & analysis (go-to-market experience considered)

　　Enterprise resource planning experience

　　Deep understanding of ERP Solutions

　　Foundational knowledge in Accounting Functions

　　Practical knowledge of Activity Reports

　　Budget Processes experience highly desired

　　General familiarity with Excel Formulas

　　Proven knowledge of Expense Reporting

　　Accounting Software Systems experience desired

　　Excellent oral and written communications skills

　　BA/BS degree in finance or a related field IS A MUST

　　Demonstrated ability to build and deliver effective presentations to audiences with wide-ranging backgrounds
