FINANCIAL ANALYST

　　Supply Chain Finance Team based at Coty Ashford support colour cosmetics manufacturing for some of the global leaders in the beauty industry, such as Rimmel, Max Factor, and Bourjois. 　　 RESPONSIBILITIES

　　As our Financial Analyst you will acts as a business partner, providing financial insights to provide forward looking direction to operations on how to maximize value and protect cost.

　　Your main focus :

　　Month end close with accuracy and on time partnering with SSC and custodian teams Reporting on key site financials and creating annual plan and quarterly updates Support innovation team with timely accurate product costs Run and monitor inventory controls Partner with key stakeholders to deliver what customers in the most efficient way

　　The team consists of 4 team members and will report into the Plant Finance Director and you will partner with a number of functions across our Plant. You will work in an experienced and well-established team of Finance experts.

　　You like to understand your numbers, analyse data and make and offer innovative suggestions to the stakeholders you partner with. As a Financial Analyst you are system literate and consistently looking for ways to work more efficiently and you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, you:

　　Have a relevant degree or working towards relevant qualification/equivalent experience Strong/expert Excel skills and an analytical mind Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Capable of building and managing relationships with both internal staff and external partners
